DISCERNING. SECLUDED.
EXPANSIVE.
Elaris was founded on a simple refusal: we don't build the way the market expects. No high-density towers chasing volume. No borrowed capital forcing borrowed timelines. No cookie-cutter, cost-cutting "me too" luxury.
Our founder, Kiran Sidhu, established Elaris in 2008 on the foundation of the Sidhu Family Trust, built entirely with family capital from day one. Every acre we build on is owned by us outright, free and clear of any liens. This independence is not a financing detail. It is why our residences are better. Every decision, from the land we acquire to the low density we build to the materials we specify, is made for long-term value rather than short-term profit.
The company spent its early years doing one quiet thing: procuring remarkable land, parcel by parcel, in places most developers had not yet noticed or had written off as too expensive. We began building on a secluded cliff above a pristine cove at Kovalam Beach. Our plan from there is regional, with projects planned in Coimbatore, Mangalore, Kochi, and Madurai.
